The Ford Foundation worked with a consultant on a project about engaging about the issue of structural racism with Community Action Agencies, community foundations, civic groups and others around the country. The resulting report (attached) is for the philanthropic sector on how various organizations have introduced and carried out work of breaking down racial barriers.
