This short document sets the stage for PRE's upcoming Critical Issues Forum, Vol. 3, Marking Progress: Movement Toward Racial Justice, which will be released later this summer in hard copy and online. We look forward to further discussion as funders and practitioners work together to define meaningful indicators of progress and impact toward racial justice.
